We LOVE sparkling streams, cirrus clouds, summer sunsets, musical waterfalls, buttercups in spring, clean air, pure water, meadow flowers, living marshes, animal tracks, sanderlings running before the tide, birds that sing, prairie grasses, fish jumping, desert sagebrush, pinon pines, colorful leaves, evergreen forests, wildflowers, snowbanks along a winter creek.....

We want to share with you the BEAUTY of mountain grandeur, deep canyons, vast prairies, endless waters, infinite horizons, desert basins, starry skies, forest cathedrals...

We want to share the TRUTH as we know it about natural history, ecology, diversity of life, the interesting life histories of plants and animals, why plants and animals are where they are, how habitats work, where people fit, the critical need to protect our remaining life support systems...

We hope you will come to KNOW the great outdoors, familiarize yourself with it, feel at home out there, appreciate the natural world, recognize the roles that people play as consumers, producers, and as protectors.
